When Will I Get My Order?
Once you have placed an order and receive your confirmation email, you can expect your order to ship within 2-4 days after it has been received and processed. Due to the high volume of orders during back to school time beginning in August, please expect an additional day for processing. During the holiday season it may take up to 4 days for orders to be processed and shipped. Shipping via USPS mail takes 2-3 business days which is Monday-Friday, not including weekends. You'll get an email with the tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Can I Make Changes To My Order?
If you need to make any changes, please contact us immediately by calling us at 541-207-3920. If we have already processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes. Once an order has shipped, we cannot make any changes.
Why Is My Card Declining?
If your card is declining your billing address may not match, or you may have insufficient funds. Sometimes when your card declines, there will be a pending charge on your account but you will not be charged.
When Do I Get Charged For My Order?
When you place your order, we authorize the amount on your card. You will be charged immediately after your order is confirmed.
I Love Something On Instagram, But It's Not Online. How Do I Order If It's Not Online?
If we have the items in stock you can order with us by sending us a direct message on Instagram. We accept paypal payments or direct payments through Square for those orders so provide us with your email and we will send you an invoice to be paid. Then your items will be shipped and you will receive a tracking number through our shipping provider.

What Do I Do If There Is A Problem With My Order Once I Receive It?
If there are any problems with the order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and let us know what the problem is. We do not mail anything out without looking it over with care, however, if you receive an item that is damaged please email us a picture of the damage. We do not give refunds or accept returns, but we will be happy to resolve the issue if you contact us. Please see our return policy page for more specific details on our policy.
